ACIM IS PULLING ME DOWNWARDS: HELP! ????

My life has turned into a tragic mess since I started exploring ACIM. It's like I'm being dragged down a dark spiral and can't get out. I believed it would bring peace, but instead, it's just making everything more confusing. The teachings are challenging, and I feel like I'm drowning. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help! I'm terrified.
